Because your safety is one of our top priorities, you'll find all the advice and practical information you need to prepare for your visit.

Security checks & tickets

Please arrive as early as possible so you don’t miss the start of your event.

Access checks at the entrance to the hall may cause delays.

Tickets may be presented in digital or paper format, provided that the QR code is legible.

Banners: insulting, political, racist, ideological, philosophical, and advertising messages

Drugs and illegal substances.

Noise-making devices

Weapons

Bags and suitcases exceeding 30 × 20 × 10 cm.

Safety shoes and tools

Bottles and reusable water bottles are prohibited
Plastic bottles up to 50 cl are allowed, provided they are brought in without caps

Animals

Flammable sprays or gases are prohibited
Non-flammable deodorant containers exceeding 15 cm in height are not allowed.

Use of drones or other aerial devices

Smoking and vaping are prohibited outside designated areas

Rigid flagpoles and multiple flags attached together

Power banks

Tablets and selfie sticks

Large umbrellas or umbrellas with pointed tips

Laser pointers

Cans and glass containers

This list is subject to change at the request of the event organisers.

Consignes

Consignes are available outside LDLC Arena for the storage of prohibited items before entry.

To minimise your waiting time, we encourage you to review the list of authorised items before your visit and refrain from bringing any prohibited articles.

After the event, please ensure that you collect your personal belongings as soon as possible. Any unclaimed items will be transferred to the LDLC Arena Security Office.

Please be aware that LDLC Arena accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of items left in the consignes.

Lockers

Lockers are available inside the venue, at both ends of the Grand Hall.

Please note: items prohibited in the venue (see the list above) may not be left in these cloakrooms and must be deposited at the left-luggage facilities located outside the LDLC Arena.
