Concerts, shows and sportS
Did you buy your tickets via the official LDLC Arena ticket office?
- Log in and check that you are logged in using the email address used to make the purchase.
- You can find your tickets in the ‘My Orders’ tab.
Did you buy your tickets from another ticketing service?
Please log in to your customer account on the ticketing website where you made your purchase.
LDLC ASVEL
Have you bought tickets for a match at the LDLC Arena?
- Log in and check that you are logged in using the email address used to make the purchase.
- You can find your tickets in the ‘My Orders’ tab.
Are you an ASVEL season ticket holder?
- Log in to your LDLC ASVEL subscriber area.
- Download your tickets.
Access / Car parks
Did you buy your tickets via the official LDLC Arena ticket office?

Did you buy your tickets through TicketMaster?
Download your tickets from your Ticketmaster account, making sure you are logged in using the email address used to make the purchase.
