charlotte cardin
Having first come to the attention of the Canadian public before making her mark on the international scene, Charlotte Cardin has forged a unique artistic identity at the crossroads of pop, electronic and R&B. Driven by a voice that is instantly recognisable and songwriting that is both intimate and modern, the artist has won over an ever-growing audience thanks to her authenticity and her ability to convey universal emotions through her songs. Her career, marked by the successes of ‘Phoenix’ and then ‘99 Nights’, has established her as one of the leading figures in contemporary French- and English-language pop.
Over the years, Charlotte Cardin has developed a sophisticated artistic world, blending vulnerability, elegance and power. Her lyrics delicately explore human relationships, emotional wounds, personal transformations and the memories that shape each and every one of us. This deeply sincere approach, combined with meticulously crafted and resolutely contemporary productions, has helped to make each of her releases an event eagerly anticipated by both her audience and the critics.
Autumn 2026 marks the start of a new chapter in Charlotte Cardin’s career with *Midnight, mon amour*, a project whose full album is due for release in January 2027. For several months now, the artist has been gradually revealing its contours through a series of tracks that are already resonating with her audience. Following *The Way We Touch*, *Take Me Back* and *Tant pis pour elle*, she recently released *Memories*, a track steeped in nostalgia that perfectly illustrates the balance between raw emotion and refined melodies that characterises this new artistic era.
With songs in both French and English, Charlotte Cardin continues to assert her uniqueness and international appeal. The first tracks from *Midnight, mon amour* offer a glimpse of a project that is both intimate and ambitious, staying true to what has been her strength since her debut: a sincere connection with her audience, sensitive songwriting and that rare ability to transform everyday emotions into universal songs. The full album, due in January 2027, will build on this personal exploration, which is already shaping up to be one of the highlights of her career.
