How can I find out the opening date of the ticket presale or the on-sale date for an event?
A dedicated page is created as soon as an event is announced, with all the ticketing information. Activate the alert and follow us on social media so you don't miss anything.
I bought tickets for an event, where can I find them?
Go to the "My Tickets" section of our website.
I would like to resell my tickets for an event, is that possible?
Tickets constitute a right of access to events; therefore, they are neither refundable nor exchangeable unless you have purchased cancellation insurance. The illegal resale of tickets is prohibited for security reasons (Article 313-6-2 of the Penal Code).
Furthermore, we do not handle ticket resale directly. Even if you made your purchase through the OL Vallée website, you should contact our partner Ticketmaster for any inquiries related to reselling your tickets.

Are there official resales when the event is sold out?
For some events, an official resale platform is accessible via the "Ticketing" page of our website. Avoid unofficial resales.
