On 5 June 2024, Green Day set the LDLC Arena alight in front of 12,584 spectators with a concert celebrating the 30th anniversary of *Dookie* and the greatest hits of their career, from ‘Basket Case’ to ‘American Idiot’. With their punk energy, constant interaction with the audience and standout moments such as inviting a fan onto the stage, the Californian trio put on a true celebration of rock.

A few days after celebrating 30 years on the biggest international stages, Green Day took to the stage at the LDLC Arena in front of 12,584 spectators for an evening of rock music.
After an opening act by The Interrupters, who were on hand to get the rock fans fired up before Green Day took to the stage, the atmosphere was already at fever pitch.
The band took to the stage to the cheers of a frenzied crowd, who sang along in unison to the iconic tracks from their album *Dookie*, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. During ‘Know Your Enemy’, the band’s frontman, Billie Joe Armstrong, invited a fan onto the stage to sing with him, providing one of the highlights of the evening.
The band then went on to perform tracks from their album *American Idiot*, accompanied throughout the concert by the voices of their fans.
More than just a concert, the American band took the audience on a journey through their history, from the raw energy of their early days to the anthems that defined a whole generation.
On The Saviors Tour, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool revisited the different eras of their career, alternating tracks from their new album with the classics that have built their legend. From the punk explosion of ‘Basket Case’ to the unifying choruses of ‘American Idiot’, via ‘Boulevard of Broken Dreams’, ‘Holiday’, ‘21 Guns’ and ‘Wake Me Up When September Ends’, each track served as a reminder of the band’s lasting impact on the global rock scene.
But the concert’s strength also lies in Green Day’s ability to forge an immediate connection with their audience. Billie Joe Armstrong engaged constantly with the crowd, playing off the fans’ reactions and getting them involved throughout the show. With powerful guitar riffs, choruses sung along by the whole venue and an energy that remains undiminished after a career spanning more than three decades, the Californian trio treated the LDLC Arena to a true celebration of rock, bringing together 12,584 spectators to enjoy songs that have become absolute classics.
